How it Works 

Children can choose from the following clubs and activities:

• Sports Club (provided by Kick-Up Sports): Available on Monday (Dodgeball), Wednesday (Football), Thursday (Skills-sports), and Friday (Multi-sports).
• Art Club: Available on Tuesday.

• Free Play Wrap Around Care  (available every day) which includes activities such as arts and crafts; puzzles, board games and imaginative play etc. 

Breakfast Club
Cost: The rate is £5 per child, per day.

How to Pay: Payments must be paid via Parentpay. (payable weekly or termly in advance)
Breakfast Club runs every school day from 7.30am - 8.30 am term time only

Children MUST NOT arrive before 7:30am. Fees will not be waived through absence and or sickness. If payment is not made then the child’s space will be withdrawn.

Afterschool Club:
Cost: After School Care will run every school day. Parents can either pay for their child to stay from 3:15pm-4:30pm for a cost of £7:50 or from 3:15pm-6:00pm for a cost of £15
How to Pay: Payments must be paid via Parentpay.

Fees will not be waived through absence and or sickness. If payment is not made then the child’s space will be withdrawn.

Food: A simple tea will be served for the children staying after 4:30pm each day consisting of a light snack e.g. sandwich, wraps, toast, fruit, milk/water e.t.c.

Opening Days: Our opening days are the same as the children’s term dates. Children MUST be collected by 6.00pm.

Cancellation: If parents/carers do not wish their child to attend a session they will still be charged in full unless agreed by the Headteacher in advance.

Behaviour: Children attending After School Care  are expected to maintain the high standard of behaviour as during the rest of the school day. Any shortfalls will be dealt with in accordance with our Behaviour Policy.

Termination: A child will be registered with After School Care until they leave the school. Please give one week’s notice if you wish to remove your child.

Standard Terms and Conditions: Reasonable changes may be made from time to time to these standard terms and conditions and to level of fees. Notice of changes will be given in writing.

Registration: Complete, sign and return the registration form. Any dietary, medical or allergy information must be provided.

Booking a Place: All Places must be pre-booked. Ad hoc places must also be pre-booked in advance, by contacting the school office no later than 3.00pm the day before required. (Spaces may not be available). A week’s notice must be given for any extra days or changes to your original registration form.
